President

Responsibilities:

• To preside over all General and Board Meetings
• To submit a budget at the first board meeting of the season
• To submit an annual report at the end of the year
• To serve the Board and General Membership in the best interests of the Footlighters

The President is responsible for scheduling all meetings and presiding over all general and board meetings. The President prepares, with the Board, the calendar of events.

The President serves in a non-voting ex-officio capacity on the Play Committee and the Nominating Committee.

The President is the official representative of the Walpole Footlighters. The President may designate another Board member or company member in good standing to represent the organization if the President is unavailable.
