Footlighters Go to EMACT
The Walpole Footlighters took Dinner for Several to the EMACT Theater Festival in June. Cast and crew reunited for a 1-hour version of the John Shanahan comedy. The EMACT Theatre Festival requires the crew to set up and take down the set in 10 minutes or less. The play must be performed in 60 minutes or less. This is quite a challenge when starting with a full-length play and a complete set. Congratulations to Robin Gabrielli and Christine Grudinskas for their nominations for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actress, respectively. Robin also won Best Sound Design for The House of Yes.
