Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket
Exchanges are offered to season subscribers only in accordance with
the policy below. No refunds or exchanges are available for single admission
ticket purchases.
Requests
for ticket exchanges are limited to one (1) exchange per production and
must be received in writing no later than one (1) week prior to
the opening night of the production.
- Mail
your tickets and a letter requesting an exchange of tickets to: Box
Office/Ticket Exchange, Walpole Footlighters, P.O. Box 189, Walpole,
MA 02081. Please mail only the tickets you are exchanging. We
cannot honor an exchange request without the original ticket(s).
- Indicate
in your letter the night you wish to attend, as well as an alternative
night if possible. The middle weekend is usually very full; please consider
the first or third weekends as alternates. We usually cannot give you
the same seats as your original tickets.
- Be
sure to include your name, address, and phone number in case there is
a problem and we need to contact you. If your tickets were purchased
under another name, as part of a group, for example, please include that name. It will help us
to locate your records.
- You
will receive a post card in the mail indicating that your exchange is
completed. Your new tickets will be held at the box office and
can be picked up on the night of the performance.
The
Walpole Footlighters is an all-volunteer organization. We offer exchanges
as a service to our subscribers, but it is simply not possible to honor
requests for exchanges after the deadline. We are often 70% to 80% sold
by then and there are not many available seats. Your cooperation in giving
us ample notice of your request for an exchange is greatly appreciated.
