Box Office Manager
The Box Office Manager is not Board position. However, the job descriptions for the Box Office Staff and Manager are as described below.
The Box Office Staff are responsible for processing all non-subscription ticket orders throughout the season. All ticket sales are processed through the box office software. The Box Office Staff are responsible for ensuring that new patrons are added to the system, that all sales records are up-to-date, and that all orders are processed correctly.
The Box Office Manager is responsible for making sure that all Will Call ticket orders are printed for the Box Office on performance nights and that the Box Office is staffed. The Box Office Manager returns all calls made to the box office and processes all telephone credit card orders.
Responsibilities:
The position of Box Office Manager requires computer skills and basic accounting skills. Most of the work can be done remotely with a computer and Internet access. Telephone calls and messages can be handled through the Comcast app on a smartphone.

- To keep the outgoing message on the box office line up-to-date
- To process all credit card transactions for reserved ticket orders
- To respond to all box office inquiries
- To make edits or otherwise keep the box office software updated as new information is obtained
