Vice President
The Vice President presides over General and Board meetings and performs other needed duties in the absence of the President. The Vice President is responsible for supervising the Archivist, who maintains and files all photos, articles, etc., pertinent to the Footlighters, especially the photos, programs, articles, and other relevant materials for each production. The Vice President organizes the annual cleanup of the theater and the surrounding grounds in the spring. The Vice President ensures that the execution of the annual scholarship(s) is done timely and managed properly.
The Vice President will distribute job descriptions and by-laws to all new board members and committee chairpersons. The Vice President is the interface between the Board of Directors and legal representation who work on behalf of the Footlighers, as well as safe-keeping and accessing Footlighters' legal documents.

Responsibilities:
- To attend all General and Board meetings
- To preside over all General and Board Meetings if the President is absent
- To act on behalf of the President when necessary
- To carry out special duties as delegated by the President
- To supervise the Archivist for the Footlighters
- To serve as Chairperson of the annual cleanup
- To ensure the Footlighers annual scholarship is timely and accurately executed.
- To interface with legal representation and ensure that any legal documents kept with the Footlighters is stored safely and accessible by the Board.
