Subscriptions Manager
The Subscription Manager is not a Board position. The duties of the Subscription Manager remain as listed below. Subscriptions may be handled by a Board member or by another member in good standing. The positions of Subscriptions Manager and Box Office Manager may be combined.
The Subscriptions Manager sets up the season in the box office software and initiates the process for season ticket sales. All sales and subscriber lists are tracked through the software. The Subscription Manager processes subscription orders that arrive through the mail and adjusts the box office software for subscribers as needed. The Subscription Manager prepares the information letter and exchange information for subscribers and puts together the subscriber ticket mailers.
Responsibilities:
The position of Subscriptions Manager requires computer skills and basic bookkeeping skills. Most of the work can be done remotely with a computer and Internet access. Telephone calls and messages can be handled through the Comcast app on a smartphone.

- To inform the Treasurer when ticket stock needs to be ordered.
- To process all subscription orders and seating assignments
- To mail subscription tickets to subscribers
- To update the subscriber list as required
