Middle-aged, upper middle class Greg finds Sylvia, a stray, exuberant lab/poodle mix dog in the park, and brings her home, much to his wife Kate’s dismay. Kate is looking forward to some independence now that their children are away in college and is eager to advance her career. Greg bonds with Sylvia and skips work to roam the streets of Manhattan with his new best friend, while Kate grows increasingly frustrated with her distracted husband. Loyalty is tested between man, wife and man’s best friend. A. R. Gurney’s Sylvia is a smart, silly, sophisticated, and occasionally salty comedy about relationships, nature, and growing older.
Starring Cindy Bell, Karen Bell, Daniel Corwin, Liz Eacmen, Woody Farrick, Stephanie Galvani, Katie Kuhl, Leanne Law, Gary Mlinac, Barbara Schapiro, Nicole Seddon, Cynthia Small, and Marco Zanelli

Poisoned apples. Glass slippers. Who needs ’em?!
Not Snow White and her posse of disenchanted princesses in the hilarious hit musical that’s anything but Grimm. The original storybook heroines are
none-too-happy with the way they’ve been portrayed in today’s pop culture so they’ve tossed their tiaras and have come to life to set the record straight. Forget the princesses you think you know – these royal renegades are here to comically belt out the truth.
“Outstanding Off-Broadway Musical” nomination (Outer Critics Circle Awards) and “Best New Off-Broadway Musical” nomination (Off Broadway Alliance).
