Ticket Exchanges
Ticket Exchanges are offered to season subscribers and online purchasers in accordance with the policy below. No refunds are available for single admission ticket purchases unless we cancel the performance.
You can exchange your tickets online by logging into our Box Office. Once on the Box Office page, click the link on the right to Exchange Tickets. You will need your ticket code (typically a word followed by three numbers, such as stage123). You can also click the Exchange link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can request an exchange by calling the Box Office at 508-668-8446 and leaving your name, the original date of your tickets, and the performance you wish to attend instead. Remember, we have a voice mail/call back system which does not guarantee an immediate call back.
There is no fee to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. We cannot exchange tickets for a different show.
The Walpole Footlighters is an all-volunteer organization. We offer exchanges as a service to our subscribers, but it is simply not possible to honor requests for exchanges after your original performance date has passed. Your cooperation in giving us ample notice of your request for an exchange is greatly appreciated.

- Indicate the night you wish to attend, as well as an alternative night if possible. The middle weekend is usually very full; please consider the first or third weekends as alternates. We usually cannot give you the same seats as your original tickets.
- Be sure to include your name, email address, and phone number in case there is a problem and we need to contact you. If your tickets were purchased under another name, as part of a group, for example, please include that name. It will help us to locate your records.
- You will receive a telephone call or an email indicating that your exchange is completed. Your new tickets will be emailed to you (preferred) or held at the box office to be picked up on the night of the performance.
